Terms and conditions

Reservation

Our rates are inclusive of VAT and fuel costs and are subject to change. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your payment must be fully transferred and transaction completed within 14 days of booking. If funds are not in our possession within these 14 days or in circumstances of late payment we are entitled to cancel the booked tour; cancellation provisions mentioned in the following article of these conditions are then unaffected.

Cancellation fees

within 24 hours before departure date: 90%;
within 14 days before departure date: 75%;
within 1 month before departure date: 50%;
more than 1 month before departure date: 25%.

Cancellations must be made in advance and by email.

Liability

All our passengers are insured by us by a liability insurance.

Safety

Everyone on board must follow the instructions of the skipper. We reserve the right to terminate the cruise (prematurely) or to deviate from the agreed route if the directions of the skipper are not followed or if weather conditions require.

Communication

All our legal communication goes by email (info@rondvaartzwolle.nl), this means e.g. booking, changes in bookings, invoices and cancellations. We answer questions by phone but it has to be send in an email for having effect. We communicate online and have no postal address.

Food and beverage

Unless otherwise agreed, food and beverages brought on from outside is not allowed to be consumed on board.
